The Senior Business Systems Analyst is a member of the Pan-Baltic Business Intelligence & Data Team and acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
The role is responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into clear and actionable requirements, and supporting the delivery of Business Intelligence, reporting, data and business application solutions across the Baltic organization.
The position focuses primarily on Business Intelligence and data initiatives while also supporting the development and maintenance of selected business applications, including the Supplier Portal.

What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Data Analysis or related roles.
Strong requirements engineering and business analysis skills.
Good understanding of relational databases.
SQL querying experience.
Experience working with Power BI or similar reporting and business intelligence solutions.
Experience with testing, validation and quality assurance activities.
Strong collaboration skills in a Pan-Baltic and cross-functional environment.
